We ship our stone products and fireplaces all over North America, and deliver to 48 States in the U.S. and to all 10 of the Canadian Provinces.
Be assured that every package is hand-packed and wrapped with customized packaging to ensure safe delivery of your new purchase.
Your purchase will be shipped within 10-14 days. Shipping details will be provided to you once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Your product will be delivered to either to a business address or a nearby freight terminal. Residential delivery fees are an additional cost of $175.00 for Canada address, $250 for United States Address. As dictated by the shipping industry, residential delivery means "curbside delivery" in a residential area. Ensure you have someone there to assist you to carry your product into your home or garage.
Unfortunately all of our products are custom-made. We do not offer a return policy on custom-made products.
Please be sure the product is correct in style and color prior to your purchase. For your convenience we offer product swatches for your review prior to your purchase.
However, if the product were damaged during shipping please follow the process below.
When your shipment is delivered:
Before signing for the shipment INSPECT the carton!!! If it has tears, or damage to the cardboard or is otherwise in poor condition inspect the contents. Should you notice any damage, PLEASE NOTE it on the Shipping Company's Bill of Lading and CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Shipping Company's Bill of Lading. Contact us within 24 hours to initiate a damage claim. StoneToYou reserves the right to repair or send a replacement product.
